1. Kd3, white king attacks b pawn, if black pawn on h file advances white knight can move around and attack it, if black king attacks knight on h7, white king will be able to make it back in time to stop blacks pawn from promoting, and, since it is a rook pawn, white will be able to reach the h1 square, before black's king and force a draw.

Right?
